摘要
电镀行业快速发展使产生的电镀废水不断增加,电镀污水经过处理就成为了电镀污泥,其中包含了多种重金属元素,如果处理不当则会污染环境、威胁人类的身体健康,也是对不可再生的金属资源的浪费。铜和镍作为电镀污泥中的主要的重金属成分,有很大的回收再利用价值,用酸浸电解法和酸浸法都能够有效地对电镀污泥中的铜和镍进行回收。本文介绍了电镀污泥的来源以及其对人体的危害,并对目前我国主要的处理电镀污泥的方法进行了阐述。
The rapid development of electroplating industry results in the constant increase of electroplating wastewater and the electroplating wastewater will turn to electroplating sludge after the processing, which contains a variety of heavy metal elements, if they do not get proper processing,they will pollute the environment and threaten human's health, besides that is also the waste of the nonrenewable metal resources. Copper and nickel,as the main heavy metal content of electroplating sludge, it has great recycling value and using the acid leaching and electrolysis method can effectivelyrecycle the copper and nickel in electroplating sludge. This paper introduces the source and harm to human body of electroplating sludge, besides,it expounds the main method of proeessing electroplating sludge.
