摘要
在钢铁企业中,耐火材料的消耗与钢铁产量的比例大约在10-30kg/t。宝钢分公司耐火材料的消耗也在9.6kg/t左右,而废弃的耐火材料约占消耗量的45%-50%。以往这些用后残存耐材都被作为工业废弃物处理,这不仅加重了企业的经济负担,而且更重要的是浪费了可利用的资源、增加了社会的环境负担。研究已经表明,这些用后耐火材料中的大部分具有再利用价值。应以钢铁企业循环经济的模式,组织耐材的使用、回收再利用、再生产使用的闭路循环过程,减轻环境负担,实现可持续发展。
In iron and steel enterprises, the proportion between steel output and specific refractory consumption falls to approximately 10 - 30 kg/t. Even if an advanced steel enterprise like Baosteel still consumes about 9. 6 kilograms of refractory per ton of steel. Disused refractory occupies about 45% -50 % of the total consumption. In the past the used refractory was treated as industrial wastes, which not only increased an enterprise' s economic burden, but also wasted utilizable resources, adding environmental load to society. Research results indicated that most of used refractory could be reused. Follow the recycling economic model in steel enterprises,Baosteel takes the lead in a closed-circuit process:to use,recycle and reuse refractory after the used refractory has been remanufactured, so as to lighten the environmental load and realize the sustainable development.
