高铬混合型电镀污泥酸浸回收有价金属及其反应动力学

摘要 采用硫酸为浸出剂,浸出高铬混合型电镀污泥中的有价金属铬、镍、铜、锌。结果表明,常温条件下,当硫酸浓度为4 mol/L、固液比为1∶10、反应时间为75 min时,污泥中铬、镍、铜、锌的浸出率分别可达94.2%、96.5%、92.9%、95.3%。反应动力学分析结果表明,硫酸浸出电镀污泥中铬、铜、锌时受界面传质和固体膜层扩散共同控制,而浸出镍时主要受化学反应控制。 Using sulfuric acid as a leaching agent,valuable metals such as chromium,nickel,copper,and zinc are leached from high chromium mixed electroplating sludge.The results show that under normal temperature conditions,when the concentration of sulfuric acid is 4 mol/L,the solid-liquid ratio was 1∶10,and the reaction time is 75 minutes,the leaching rates of chromium,nickel,copper,and zinc in the sludge reach 94.2%,96.5%,92.9%,and 95.3%,respectively.The reaction kinetics analysis results indicate that the leaching of chromium,copper,and zinc from electroplating sludge with sulfuric acid is jointly controlled by interface mass transfer and solid film diffusion,while the leaching of nickel is mainly controlled by chemical reactions.
