摘要
以生活垃圾中的废头发为对象,采用单因素法对生活垃圾中的废头发炭化进行研究,主要考察了炭化温度、炭化时间、氮气流速、升温速率对生物炭产率和焦油产率的影响。结果表明,炭化温度和炭化时间对生物炭产率影响较大,氮气流速和升温速率对生物炭产率影响较小,对焦油产率影响较大。研究得出生物炭制备最佳条件为炭化温度300℃,恒温60 min,氮气流速200 mL/min,升温速率5.0℃/min。在此条件下,生物炭产率为40.6%,含碳量为68.1%,碘吸附值为2 335 mg/g。废头发制备出的生物炭具有较高得率,含碳量也较高,具有较高的碘吸附值,可用于土壤修复、大气污染和水污染吸附污染物等领域。
The paper made a study on carbonization of waste hair in domestic waste by using the single factor method.The effects of carbonization temperature,carbonization time,nitrogen flow rate and warming rate on carbon yield and tar yield were investigated.The results showed that the carbonization temperature and the time of carbonization had a great influence on the carbon yield,nitrogen flow rate and warming rate had a little effect on the carbon yield and the tar yield.Finally,the best conditions for the preparation of biochar were 300℃,60 min,200mL/min of nitrogen flow rate,and 5℃/min of warming rate.Under this condition,the biological carbon yield is 40.6%,the carbon content is 68.1%,and the iodine adsorption value is 2335mg/g.The biological carbon produced by waste hair has a high yield rate,high carbon content,and high iodine adsorption value.It can be used in soil restoration,air pollution,and water pollution adsorption of pollutants.
