城市餐饮泔水油分离方法的研究 被引量:8

摘要 研究采用传统收集法和泔水收集罐法、水洗过滤法和离心法对城市餐饮泔水进行了收集和泔水油的分离,从分离出的油含量、油纯度以及工作效率等方面判断各种方法的分离效果,最终开发出一套快速、高效、低成本的城市餐饮泔水油分离方法。采用泔水收集罐法得到的提油率极显著高于传统法(P<0.01),粉碎离心极显著高于加水稀释离心(P<0.01),3 000 r/min极显著高于2 000 r/min(P<0.01);不同温度离心处理时,随着城市餐饮泔水温度的升高提油率也随之增加,50℃和80℃间差异不显著,但与20℃相比显著提高(P<0.01);水洗过滤法的提油率高于在30℃和粉碎条件下的离心法,但二者间差异不显著。综上所述,泔水收集罐法和水洗过滤法是一种有效分离城市餐饮泔水油的新方法,可应用于城市餐饮泔水的大规模处理。 Food waste oil is a kind of good raw material of the bio-diesel,however the methods for separating food waste remain to be elucidated.In this paper,we for the first time reported a novel,rapid,high efficiency and low-cost method for separating food waste oil,which was developed and designed by us.The content,purity of extracted oil as well as work efficiency were examined among the traditional collection,the canned collection,the washing filtration and the comminution centrifugation.The results showed that the oil extracts ratio from food waste by the canned collection was remarkably higher compared with the traditional collection(P〈0.01),and by the comminution centrifugation was significantly higher than the water dilution centrifugation(P〈0.01),the comminution centrifugation at 3 000 r/min was higher than 2 000 r/min(P〈0.01),the extracted oil ratio by the comminution centrifugation was increased in a temperature-dependent manner,there were no difference between 50℃and 80℃,but remarkably higher than 20℃(P〈0.01).On the other hand,the extracted oil ratio of the washing filtration is higher than the comminution centrifugation at 30℃,but it did not reach to significant difference.Taken together,combination with the canned collection and the washing filtration is a highly efficacious novel method for separating oil from food wastes and can apply to deal with a-large-scale of food wastes.
