摘要
角蛋白是一种结构稳定,生物相容性良好的可再生资源,由于其良好的生物相容性、自然丰度和独特的分子结构而被广泛应用于生物医学领域。本文首先介绍了角蛋白的结构特点和提取方法,重点阐述人发角蛋白材料在药物缓释、伤口修复、组织工程等领域的应用。最后,对角蛋白生物材料的未来发展趋势进行了展望。
Keratin is a kind of renewable resources with stable structure and great biocompatibility, which has been widely used in biomedical field due to its good biocompatibility, natural abundance, and unique molecular structure. In this review, the structure property and extraction of keratin are introduced. Especially, the biomedical applications of keratin materials in the fields of drug release, wound repair, and tissue engineering are emphasized. Finally, the future development trend is forecasted.
