摘要
采用溶液共混方法制备羊毛角蛋白/羟甲基纤维素钠共混膜,并通过正交试验设计考察反应物配比、改性剂用量、反应温度、反应时间等因素对共混膜力学性能的影响。试验结果表明:原料配比50:50、山梨醇用量10%、反应时间1h、温度37℃时,共混膜致密均匀、拉伸强度适宜,断裂伸长率最大。扫描电镜结果显示成膜状态良好。
In this paper, wool keratin/hydroxymethyl cellulose sodium blend membrane was prepared by solution blending method. Factors such as ratio of reactants, addition of sorbitol, temperature and reaction time were investigated by orthogonal design. theo Experimental results show that the blend membrane with good tensile strength and maximum elongation was obtained under primal condition:raw material ratio is 1: 1,10% sorbitol,reaction time is lh,temperature is 37℃. SEM image shows the blend membrane is in good condition
