负载型铜基催化剂上乙醇脱氢直接合成乙酸乙酯 被引量:7

摘要 采用浸渍法合成了经各种元素改性的负载型Cu/SiO2 催化剂 ,并考查了在该催化剂上乙醇直接脱氢为乙酸乙酯的反应性能 .结果表明ZrO2 的加入大大提高了催化剂的活性和选择性 ,使用 95 %乙醇为原料 ,在 2 6 5℃ ,重量空速(WHSV)为 1.5h- 1 ,铜担载量为 15wt % ,ZrO2 含量为 3wt%时 ,乙醇的转化率为 70 .5 % ,乙酸乙酯的选择性为 5 0 .0 % .催化剂的高活性和高选择性可归结为ZrO2 提供了酸活性中心 .TPR结果表明ZrO2 Unpromoted and promoted Cu/SiO 2 catalysts were prepared by impregnation method,and their activity towards ethanol dehydrogenation to ethyl acetate as well as their reduction behavior were investigated.The results show that the addition of ZrO 2 significantly improved the catalyst activity and selectivity to ethyl acetate.At 265℃,WHSV(weight space velocity)=1.5h -1 ,15 wt% copper loading and 3 wt% ZrO 2 content,ethyl acetate were directly synthesized from 95% ethanol with 70.5% conversion and 50.0% selectivity.The high activity and high selectivity of this catalyst were attributed to the unique acid base properties of ZrO 2.The addition of ZrO 2 also promoted the reducibility of Cu/SiO 2 catalyst and increased the activity.
