基于铜基催化剂的乙酸乙酯合成反应的研究进展

摘要 乙酸乙酯是一种重要的精细化工产品,广泛用作溶剂和化工原料.近年来,利用乙醇催化脱氢合成乙酸乙酯的方法,因工艺简单和环境友好等特点受到广泛的关注.本文介绍了铜基催化剂上乙醇催化脱氢合成乙酸乙酯反应的研究进展,并总结了文献中有关乙酸乙酯的形成机理.在诸多文献中,虽然对于乙酸乙酯的形成过程还存在争议,但对于多组分铜基催化剂而言,普遍认为:金属铜提供脱氢活性中心,其他金属氧化物提供酸碱活性中心,这几种活性中心协同作用共同完成对该反应的催化过程. Ethyl acetate is an important fine chemical product, extensive application in solvents and chemical raw material. This method is simple and environmentally friendly, so there has been a growing interesting re- cently in synthesis of ethyl acetate by catalytic dehydrogenation of ethanol. The development of copper-based catalysts for the reaction of direct transformation of ethanol to ethyl acetate is introduced in this article, as well as the mechanism of this reaction. Although there are still some questions and disputes on the formation of ethyl acetate in the literatures, it is widely believed that metal copper can provide dehydrogenation active sites and other metal oxides can provide acid-base active sites for multi-component copper based catalysts, the co existence of these species plays a synergic interaction for converting ethanol to ethyl acetate.
