摘要
用改进的柠檬酸络合法制备CuO-CexZr1-xO2催化剂,用XRD和TPR研究了催化剂的物理化学性质,无氧条件下研究它对乙醇的催化作用。结果表明,催化剂物相是固溶体CexZr1-xO2,CuO是分散存在的。当Cu含量为5%(质量分数)、摩尔比Ce∶Zr比为1∶1、温度300℃、乙醇质量空速1.0 h-1时,乙醇转化为乙酸乙酯的选择性最好,达到71.5%,乙醇转化率最高,为74.7%。
CuO-CexZr1-xO2 catalysts were prepared by the improved amorphous citric precursor(IACP) method and characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD) and temperature programmed reduction(TPR).Catalytic activity of the catalysts for ethanol dehydrogenation without oxygen was investigated.Results show that the main phase is CexZr1-xO2 and CuO is dispersed in CexZr1-xO2.When the content of Cu in CuO-CexZr1-xO2 is 5%,reaction temperature 300℃ and the weight space velocity of ethanol 1.0h-1,CuO-CexZr1-xO2 exhibits the best catalytic activity,correspondly with the transformation of ethanol 74.7% and the selectivity of ethyl acetate was 71.5%.
