摘要
采用溶胶-凝胶法制备Cu/SiO2负载型催化剂.分别测定它们对甲醇脱氢制甲酸甲酯反应的活性,并详细考察催化剂组成等因素对催化剂催化性能的影响,同时应用TPR、XRD等测试技术对催化剂的结构特征进行研究.结果表明,采用溶胶-凝胶法制备的Cu-ZnO-ZrO2/SiO2催化剂对甲醇脱氢制甲酸甲酯具有良好的活性和选择性,活性组分与载体之间、助剂Zn与Zr之间存在较强的相互作用,可使CuO高度分散于非晶态SiO2载体上.
Cu/SiO2 supported catalysts were prepared by sol-gel technique, The catalysts had been carried on the activity test, and the structure of the catalysts was characterized by TPR, XRD and BET, The results showed that the Cu-ZnO-ZrO2/SiO2 catalyst prepared by the sol-gel(inorganic salt)method has the good activity and selectivity to methanol dehydrogenation to methyl formate, Stronger interaction lies between active components and assistant, Zn and Zr, The active components had smaller crystal diameter and were more highly dispersed on the support surface.
