摘要
资源的不合理开发利用导致西部地区生态环境严重恶化 .加强生态环境保护与建设是实施西部大开发战略的根本 ,对西部地区乃至全国的可持续发展具有重要重义 .在分析西部地区资源开发存在的问题及其主要原因的基础上 。
The abuse of resoures exploitation leads to deterioration in the western regional ecocnvironment. Strengthening the protection and construction for ecoenvironment is the base of the enforcement of west development strategy, which has important meaning to western region and the whole country. This acticle puts forward the appropriate channels and measures on construction a sound ecoenvironmental system of west development and sustainable development on the basis of analysing the questions and primary factors on west regional resources exploitation.
