摘要
以耐SO2 品种巨峰和不耐SO2 品种红地球葡萄为材料 ,研究了葡萄贮藏中SO2 伤害与活性氧代谢的关系。结果表明 :SO2伤害使葡萄体内活性氧水平、GSH含量和ASP活性增加 ,SOD和CAT活性降低 ;与红地球相比 ,巨峰具有较高的SOD活性和GSH水平 ;受SO2 伤害后 ,巨峰的ASP活性上升幅度大于红地球 。
Relationship between SO2 injury and active oxygen metabolism of grapes was studied. Results showed that treatments with toxic dose of SO2 provoked the metabolism of active oxygen. The production of , H2O2 and GSH and activities of ASP were enhanced, while activities of SOD and CAT were inhibited. As a tolerant variety, Kyoho exhibited higher GSH contents, activity of SOD and the increscent extent of activity of ASP than those of Red Globe.
