摘要
对不同产地、种类水果SO2含量的调查结果显示,97.58%的水果样品中SO2含量低于10 mg/kg。参考FAO/WHO的限量标准,建议我国水果中SO2限量范围为小于10 mg/kg。
SO2 contents in fruits from different districts were investigated in this paper. Results showed that SO2 contents in 97.58% fruit were lower than 10 mg/kg. According to the standard of FAO/WHO, it was suitable that SO2 contents in fruits should be limited to 10 mg/kg.
