摘要
研究了镉镍废电池在盐酸和硫酸体系中, 温度和浸出液浓度对镍镉浸出行为的影响.结果表明,金属镉在稀盐酸和稀硫酸中溶解速度快,在短时间内可以完全浸出,而镍在 6.0 mol/LHCl溶液中温度为60~70 ℃时基本上可以完全浸出.
The leaching behavior of Ni-Cd of used Cadmium-Nickel battery is studied in this paper. The effect of temperature and solution concentration on the leaching of Ni and Cd in H2SO4 or HC1 solution was investigated. Experimental results show that it is very easy and quick for Cd to solve in dilute HCl and H2SO4 solution, and that leaching percentage of Ni is higher in HCl than in H2SO4 solution,The completely leaching of Ni-Cd can be realized in 70℃,6.0mol/LHCl solution.
