摘要
在小型管式炉中进行废干电池的焙烧实验 ,分析了焙烧温度、时间及其交互作用对汞释放的影响。结果表明 ,焙烧时间对汞释放影响最大 ,温度也有显著影响 ,它们对汞释放有交互作用且作用显著 ,废干电池焙烧过程中汞在低温下更易释放。在温度 65 0℃ ,焙烧时间 12 0 min情况下 ,汞释放率达 99%以上。焙烧前后干粉的 X衍射分析结果表明 ,焙烧后电池中含有的晶态物增加 。
The paper is aimed at introducing the author's experiment on the spent Zn/MnO_2 batteries baked on mini-type baker,baking time, baking temperature as well as their mutual reactions in hoping to find the effect on releasing mercury through analysis. The experimental results through analysis indicate that in the given condition,baking time can bring about the best effect on it while the baking temperature may also bring about marked effect, though such effects are synergetic and prominent by nature. In the baking process, it would be easier for the mercury in batteries to get releases at low temperatures. In our experiment the best reaction condition for mercury release was when the bake temperature reached 650 while the bake time was 120 minutes, under which conditions, mercury was able to get released over 99 percent. Judging from the releasing rate of X-ray given off by the dry powder baked and unbaked,the results indicates that after the dry powder baked from acid batteries,it had more crystalloid substances with their configuration being rather complex.
