摘要
研究了废碱性锌锰电池焙烧干粉(BakePowderofSpentAlkalineZincManganeseBattery,简称SLR干粉)在硫酸体系中的酸解行为,分析了硫酸浓度、反应温度、催化剂用量和固液比对SLR干粉中Mn2+浸出率的影响,探讨了在硫酸体系中Mn2+的浸出行为。试验数据表明:硫酸浓度和催化剂用量对反应影响较大,同时得出了最佳的酸解反应条件:硫酸浓度10%、反应温度40℃、催化剂用量2%(体积比)、固液比1:10和反应时间2h。在此条件下Mn2+浸出率达87%以上,为进一步回收利用废碱性锌锰电池提供理论依据。
The leaching behavior of Mn^(2+) of spent alkaline zinc manganese battery(SLR Power) is studied ,with detailed discussion of the effective factors including the concentration of sulfuric acid、temperature reaction,catalyze dosage and solid/liquid.The analyses of these data indicated that the concentration of sulfuric acid and catalyze dosage had great effect on this experiment,and found out the best reaction condition are acidulation concentration of sulfuric acid basis 10%,reaction temperature 40℃,catalyze dosage 2%(v/v) 30% H_2O_2,1:10(Solid:liquid)and reaction time 2h。Under these conditions,the lixiviation ratio of Mn^(2+)exceeded 87%,which provided the theoretical basis for further recycle and use of spent alkaline zinc manganese battery。
