摘要
分析钢丝绳不松散水平现状 ,指出在钢丝绳生产中仅在成绳时对股预变形不能适应高质量钢丝绳的生产要求 ,提出在捻股时对钢丝进行预变形能有效地降低捻制应力。设计了安装在捻股机机头的钢丝预变形器 ,给出预变形器的装配结构图 。
To analyze the non looseness level situation of wire rope.It is pointed out that strand pre deformed merely at closing is not suitable to produce high quality wire rope.It is put forward that pre deformation to steel wire being stranded can reduce lay stress efficiently.The steel wire pre deformation apparatus fitted on the machine head of strander is designed,the fitting structure diagram of the pre deformation apparatus is given,and a patent has been applied for.
