摘要
自行设计制造的 6 12 5 0筐篮式成绳机与引进的 8 12 5 0筐篮式成绳机相比 ,缩小了捻距公比 ,捻制钢丝绳直径范围为 18.5～ 65mm。研制的 9 40 0 + 15 40 0 + 15 45 0串联筐篮式机组 ,可以满足多种结构规格股绳的捻制。对牵引部分、变速传动部分及主传动的功能与参数进行讨论。
basket closer designed and made by oneself compared with imported 8/1250 basket closer,the lay pitch ratio shrunk.The wire rope diameter scope is 18.5～65?mm lay with the closer.The 9/400+15/400+15/450 series basket closer unit researched and produced lay oneself can satisfy the lay of many structure and specification strand and rope.The functions and parameter of drawing part,change driving part and main driving are discussed.
