摘要 钢丝绳制造过程中,通过预变形器来提高钢丝绳的不松散性能。介绍几种常用的钢丝绳预变形器结构设计,分线盘式预变形器每个分线盘中穿丝孔数必须与钢丝数相等;锥形预变形器通过3块可以旋转的锥形板固定在捻股机分线盘上;三段可调式锥型预变形器股绳压弯变形量大小通过蜗杆和蜗轮装置进行调整;立式预变形器股绳的变形压弯量是靠拧动螺丝把滑轮调整到需要的位置,以达到所要求的压弯量。以8×19S—10钢丝绳为例对三段可调式锥型预变形器进行参数计算。合理选择预变形器能够消除或减少钢丝绳股的应力,提高钢丝绳股不松散性能。 The unlooseness performance of wire rope is improved by adopting pre-deformer in wire rope production process. Some common structure design of wire rope pre-deformer is introduced, the wire hole number of each wire separator in wire separator type pre-deformer must be equal to wire number. Conical pre-deformer is fixed on stranding machine wire separa tor with three rotating conical plate. The strand and rope bending deformation of three sections adjustable conical pre-defor mer is adjusted with worm and gear device. The strand and rope bending deformation of vertical pre-deformer is adjusted with twisting screw to adjust the pulley to required place, and meet the requirement bendi,lg distance. The parameters of three sections adjustable conical pre-deformer are calculated to take 8-19S--10 wire rope as example. To choose pre-de former reasonably can eliminate or decrease stress of wire rope and strand, improve wire rope and strand unlooseness per forlilanee.
