摘要
目的:用聚酰胺薄层扫描法测定金菊花中木犀草素的含量。方法:采用薄层色谱法对金菊花中木犀草素进行定性鉴别,并通过双波长聚酰胺扫描法测定含量。结果:Polyamide TLC-Scanning Method测得金菊花中木犀草素含量为0.039%～0.051%,平均回收率为92.22%,RSD=2.48%(n=5)。结论:本方法操作简便,重现性好,可作为金菊花的定量分析方法。
To establish a polyamide TLC-scanning method for determination of luteolin in Dendranthema Morifolium. Methods: Luteolin in Dendranthema Morifolium Tzvel. et Zhao were identified by TLC. The content of luteolin in Dendranthema Morifolium Tzvel. et Zhao was determined by polyamide TLC-scanning. Results: The content of luteolin was 0.039～0.051%. The average recovery was 92.22% and RSD=2.48% (n=5). Conclusion: The method is simple, accurate with a good reproducibility and can be used as a quantitative analysis method for this Dendranthema Morifolium.
