摘要
目的对河北省农林科学院药物植物研究中心选育出的浓香型药用菊花新品种河北香菊挥发油成分进行分析。方法GC-MS法进行挥发油的分离鉴定。结果从河北香菊挥发油中分离出266个组分,经分析鉴定出了其中的70种化学成分,所鉴定成分约占总挥发油含量的78.69%,其中8种主要成分约占70种被鉴定成分的61.79%。结论检测确定了河北香菊挥发油中70种化学结构,其中2-Naphthalenem ethanol(2-萘甲醇)含量为17.3%,1R-.alpha.-P inene(α-蒎烯)含量为10.97%。
Objective To study the volatile oil composition of Hebei Xiangju which is a new medicinal variety with strong fragrances selected by the Research Center of Medicinal Plants of Hebei Agro-forestry Academy. Methods The GC-MS technology was used to analyze the composition of the volatile oils of Hebei Xiangju flowers. Results Totally 266 components were isolated, of which, 70 compounds were identified, and it was accounted for 78.69% of the total volatile oils, and 8 main components were accounted for 61.79% of the 70 identified components. Conclusion The structures of the 70 compounds of volatile oil in Hebei Xiangju have been identified, the 2-Naphthalenemethanol content is 17.3% and the 1R-. aloha. -. Pinene content is 10.97%.
