摘要
PE8 0等级的中密度聚乙烯 (MDPE)管材是目前专用于铺设燃气输送压力管道的塑料管材。测定了国产PE80管材及其热板熔焊接头室温及 80℃下的拉伸σ -ε关系 ,给出了 80℃下热板熔焊接头的拉伸本构方程。
PE80 pipes of middle density polyethylene (MDPE) are pressure pipes conveying fuel gas. Relationships of σ-ε of PE 80 pipes made in China and their hot-plate fusion welded jojnts(HPFWJ)are obtained at room temperature and 80 ℃,and tensile constitutive equations for HPFWJ are given at temperature of 80 ℃.Results shown can be used as a basis of evaluating the long-time mechanical properties of PE 80 pipes and their HPFWJ.
