摘要
海水含盐量及微生物量高,部分海域含沙量也很高,因此涉海水系统部件普遍面临着侵蚀问题。随着部件服役年限的增长,海水对部件的侵蚀日益加剧,影响核电厂安全稳定运行。本文综述了碳钢、不锈钢、水泥砂浆、钛合金、玻璃钢、高密度聚乙烯等材质在涉海水系统的应用情况和腐蚀现状。涉海水部件腐蚀防护手段主要有选择耐海水腐蚀材料、隔离部件与海水、电化学防腐以及上述措施的组合形成的联合防腐。
Due to the high salt and microbial biomass content in seawater and high sediment content in some sea areas,the components of seawater system are generally faced with erosion problems.With the increase of the service life of the components,the seawater erosion on the components was increasing,which affects the safe and stable operation of the nuclear power plant.The application and corrosion status of carbon steel,stainless steel,concrete,titanium alloy,glass fiber reinforced plastics and high density polyethylene in seawater system were reviewed.The corrosion protection methods of seawater related components mainly include the selection of seawater corrosion resistant materials,isolation components and seawater,electrochemical corrosion protection and the combination of the above measures.
