摘要
以钢网增强HDPE球阀为例,借助于Moldflow和ANSYS的CAE耦合分析方法,分析了金属钢网嵌件在注塑成型过程中在模腔中的变形情况。该方法对于解决钢塑复合材料的钢骨架在注塑过程中的形变和受力问题提供了一种可行的分析手段。
Taking the HDPE ball valve which increased by steel net as an example,the deformation of metal net insect in mold cavity during injection based on Moldflow and ANSYS CAE coupling method was analyzed. It provided a feasible method for solving the deformation and stress of steel skeleton of steel-plastic composite material in injection process.
