摘要
目的 :探讨牙科用Ce -Y -Mg复合稳定氧化锆增韧陶瓷 (zirconiatoughenedceramic,ZTC)的基本性能。方法 :化学共沉淀法制备的三元复合稳定 (Ce-Y -Mg)氧化锆粉体造粒后 ,经双相干压成型 ,13 5 0℃烧结 ,磨光并抛光后测试其物理和力学性能。结果 :三元复合稳定 (Ce -Y -Mg)氧化锆增韧陶瓷烧结后密度为 6.0 1g/cm3,是理论密度的 98.5 2 % ,三点弯曲强度为 70 9Mpa ,断裂韧性为 11.6MPam1/2 。结论 :Ce -Y -Mg复合稳定剂可以对氧化锆陶瓷起到很好的增韧效果 ;Ce -Y -Mg复合稳定氧化锆增韧陶瓷强度高、韧性好 ,力学性能能够满足牙科桩钉标准。
To study the physical and mechanical properties of the ZrO 2-CeO 2/Y 2O 3/MgO ceramic for dental application.Methods:The powder of tetragonal zirconia polycrystals were prepared with co-precipitated powder processing techniques.After drying pressed at 10Mpa and sintered at 1 350℃ for 2h,the specimens were ground and polished.The physical and mechanical properties of the specimens were then investigated.Results:The density of the sintered zirconia toughened ceramic was 6.01g/cm 3 and 98.52% of the theoretical value.The static three-point flexure strength was 709Mpa and fracture toughness was 11.6MPam 1/2 .Conclusions:The compound stabilizer of ZrO 2-CeO 2/Y 2O 3/MgO has good toughening effect on zirconia ceramic.The ZrO 2-CeO 2/Y 2O 3/MgO ceramic is found to have superior mechanical properties,including single-edge notch bend fracture toughness and static three-point flexure strength.It is suitable for the standard of dental post in mechanical properties.
