摘要 目的:比较人牙龈间充质干细胞(gingival mesenchymal stem cells,GMSCs)和牙周膜干细胞(periodontalligament stem cells,PDLSCs)的增殖及分化能力。方法:取同一个体的牙龈组织及牙周膜组织进行干细胞的分离培养和鉴定,并对其干细胞基本性能与增殖、分化能力进行对比分析。结果:GMSCs和PDLSCs均具有良好的间充质干细胞的特性,但其增殖及分化能力存在一定的差异。GMSCs原代细胞培养的成功率较PDLSCs高,增殖能力强,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);而分化能力检测结果显示,GMSCs成骨能力明显弱于PDLSCs(P<0.05),成脂能力两组细胞无显著性差异。结论:GMSCs能否代替PDLSCs用于牙周组织再生治疗,尚需要进一步研究。 Objective: To compare the regenerative and pluripotential properties of mesenchymal stem cells derived from human gingival tissue and periodontal ligament tissue.Methods: The gingival mesenchymal stem cells(GMSCs) and the periodontal ligament stem cells(PDLSCs) were isolated from the same donor.Their colony-forming ability,proliferative capacity,cell surface antigens and differentiation ability were contrastively evaluated and quantified for statistical analysis.Results: There were significant differences between GMSCs and PDLSCs in terms of cell proliferation and multi-differentiation,although they both are derived from the periodontal tissues of the same donor.GMSCs have a significantly higher rate of successive culture and proliferation(P&lt;0.05).Both stem cells have highly proliferative and differentiative potential.PDLSCs have a higher rate of cell osteogenic differentiation than GMSCs(P&lt;0.05),but their adipogenic potential showed no statistical difference.Conclusion:GMSCs and PDLSCs are two different kinds of stem cells that are derived from periodontal tissues.The use of GMSCs as alternatives to PDLSCs in periodontal tissue engineering is in need of further firm evidence.
