摘要
利用冷冻蚀刻电镜、傅里叶红外分析及钙分布测定等方法研究高碱度烷基水杨酸钙制备中甲醇的影响。结果发现 ,不同甲醇用量制备的产品化学结构相同 ,而产品胶体结构不完全相同。随甲醇用量的增加 ,产品的碱值先升高后降低 ;胶体粒子尺寸先由大变小 ,再由小变大。胶体中氢氧化钙相对含量与胶粒的大小成反比。胶粒较小的产品表现出较好的抗磨性、高温清净性 ,而所有产品的胶粒稳定性相当。最后推测了甲醇的作用机理。
The influence of methanol on overbased calcium alkyl-salicylates was studied with freeze-etching electron-microscope,FT-IR,and calcium distribution test.Although chemical structures of products produced with different methanol amounts are similar,the colloidal structures are different.With increasing dosage of methanol,the size of colloidal particles decreases at first,and then increases.Similar changing tendency is found in the total basicity number of the product.The relative contents of calcium hydroxide in the colloid are inversely proportional to the colloidal particle size.The products with smaller particles exhibits better anti-wear properties,and thermal detergency.The primary mechanism of methanol is also discussed according to the above results.
