摘要
利用FE EM(冷冻蚀刻电镜 )、傅立叶红外分析 (FT IR)等方法对高碱度烷基水杨酸钙两种制备工艺中水量的影响进行考察 ,结果发现 ,不同工艺中有不同的最佳水量 ,最佳水量下产品中的胶体粒子较小、分布比较均匀 ,且化学结构相似 。
The effect of dosage of water on the reaction process of overbased calcium alkyl salicylate were studied with FI IR,freeze etching electron microscopic observation(FE EM).It has been found there are different the best ratio of water in different process,and the colloidal particles size is smaller and homogeneous in the best ratio of water to calcium oxide,while the chemical structures of them were similar.So the acting mechanism of water was studied also.
