摘要
研究了有机钼和有机硼酸酯的制备工艺及摩擦作用机理,在四球机和SRV试验机上考察评定了二者复配的摩擦学性能。结果表明:有机钼与有机硼酸酯复配,有利于添加剂分子之间产生协同效应,在摩擦金属面形成高效多功能润滑覆膜。
The productive technology and the frictional principle of organic-Mo and organic boric acid ester have been studied.The frictional characteristics of the composite have been evaluated on four-ball testing machine and SRV long-wear testing machine.The results show that the composite of organic-Mo and organic boric acid ester is beneficial to producing cooperative effect among additive molecules,which results in forming effectively multifunctional lubricating film between the surfaces of working metals.And so the comprehesive frictional characteristics of the lubricants are greatly enhanced.
