摘要
介绍了生产过碱性硫化水杨酸钙清净剂工艺。该工艺直接对烷基酚钙进行羧基化,然后用元素硫硫化,再经碳酸化处理制得产品。并对产品胶体结构及其主要组成多配位化合物进行了分析。最后对含新剂的油品进行了发动机评定。评定结果表明:硫化水杨酸钙产品同水杨酸钙和酚盐及它们的混合物相比,具有优良的热稳定性、抗氧化能力、分散性和极压性。
The development and technology of overbased sulfurized calcium salicylates used as detergent additives in engine oils are discussed. The procedure of the technology is as follows: first, calciumalkyl phenates are directly carboxylated with carbon dioxide, and then sulfurized with elemental sulfur andcarbonated to obtain the product. The colloidal structure and the main components of the product are analyzed. The evaluation is obtained for engine oils with these new additives, indicating the products with superior thermal stability, anti-oxidation capability, dispersibility, and extreme pressure properties comparedwith calcium salicylates, sulfurized calcium phenates and their mixtures.
