摘要
目的 :探讨阿魏酸钠对TNF α致内皮细胞NF κB和ICAM 1表达的影响及可能机制。方法 :通过免疫组化技术观察阿魏酸钠对TNF α对培养内皮细胞 (ECV30 4)的NF κB和ICAM 1表达的影响。结果 :TNF α能使细胞核内NF κB及细胞表面ICAM 1表达明显增高 ,阿魏酸钠和TNF α共同作用后 ,可使内皮细胞核内NF κB及细胞表面ICAM 1表达显著降低。结论 :阿魏酸钠可显著减轻TNF α所致内皮细胞的损害 ,其机理可能与抑制内皮细胞NF κB活化 ,减少ICAM 1表达有关。
Objective: To study the effects of sodium ferulate on the expression of NF-κB and ICAM-1 in the vascular endothelial cells(VEC) induced by TNF-α and the possible mechanisms.Method: The VEC were cultured and the methods of immuno-cytochemistry were used to observe the effects of sodium ferulate on the expressions of NF-κB and ICAM-1.Results: The expressions of NF-κB and ICAM-1 in VEC were both significantly increased induced by TNF-α,and were both decreased after sodium ferulate were pre-added to the VEC induced by TNF-α.Conclusion: Sodium ferulate can reduce the damage caused by TNF-α in VEC.The possible mechanism is to control the action of NF-κB and decrease the expression of ICAM-1.
