摘要
采用 2 0钢耗材在 45钢母材表面上进行耗材摩擦焊工艺试验 ,探讨了摩擦界面的摩擦行为 ,阐述了耗材金属过渡及焊敷层形成机理 ,分析了焊敷层的形貌和微观组织。研究表明 ,摩擦系统的热物理不对称性是耗材金属过渡的驱动力 ;耗材金属通过真实接触面向母材表面过渡 ,其行为遵循金属摩擦的焊合 -剪切 -犁削理论 ;
Using the consumable rods of 20# steels, the experiments of friction surfacing welding are carried out to clarify the nature of the frictional, transferring behavior of consumable metal and the shaping mechanism of welding deposition. The analysis of macro pattern and micro structure of welding deposition was conducted in detail. The driving force of metal transferring was also discussed elaborately . It is found that, the asymmetry of thermalphysical properties of frictional system is the driving force of metal transferring. The consumable metal transfers not from the whole rotational plane but real contact plane and its transferring behavior follows the frictional rule of welding on, shearing and plowing. The welding deposition consists of refined microstructure.
