摘要
进行了耗材摩擦焊敷工艺试验,阐述了其工艺原理、过程和特性,分析了焊敷层的宏观形貌和微观组织形态。研究表明,焊敷压力、耗材转速和母材移动速度是耗材摩擦焊工艺的关键参数,对一定的材质而言,三者的优化匹配是获得优良焊敷层的根本保证。显微组织分析表明,焊敷层的组织明显细化,这是焊敷过程中摩擦热碾压作用的结果。作为一种新颖的敷层技术,在大厚度硬质耐磨合金层、抗蚀防腐合金保护层的焊敷等领域有着广阔的应用前景。
Based on the results of technological experiments the process principle,technology and characteristics of consumable friction welding(CFW) werediscussed in detail, the typical macro-scopic and micro-scopic structures were analyzed intensively as well. The results showed that welding press, rotational speed of consumable-rod and traveling speed of substrate are the key processing parameters. As far as a definite material is concerned, the optimal match of the key parameters is essential for obtaining an excellent welding deposition layer.The microscopic analysis indicated that the welding deposition is composed of ultrafine grain sobtained from the hot pressing during welding process. As an innovative coating process, it also opened up farreaching prospects for the application of hard wear-resistant and corrosing-resistant coatings.
