摘要 耗材摩擦焊是一项高效、优质、低成本的焊接 /堆焊技术 ,应用该技术可在材料表面获得无稀释、结合完整性高的焊敷层 ,对于解决无法采用常规摩擦焊接的大型或异型构件 ,以及难焊材料的焊接与堆焊问题具有应用价值。介绍了耗材摩擦焊技术原理、工艺特点及其应用前景。 Consumable-rod friction welding is a powerful efficient, high quality and low cost method for welding and surfacing. There is no dilution of the coating by the substrate and the coating layer exhibits good integrity. The technology is available for welding and surfacing of component and materials that are difficult to joining with conventional friction welding. The technical principle, process characteristics and application prospects are discussed in this paper.
