摘要
[目的 ]建立测定荔大合剂中高车前苷含量的高效液相色谱法。 [方法 ]色谱条件 :以KromasilODS( 2 5 0mm× 4 .6mm ,5 μm)为分析柱 ,流动相为甲醇 -水 -(pH3.5 ,1 .0mol·L- 1)磷酸盐缓冲液 ( 4 5∶5 0∶5 ) ;柱温 :4 5℃ ;检测波长 :335nm ;流速 :1 .0mL·min- 1,采用面积外标法。 [结果 ]线性范围 3.36× 1 0 - 3 ～ 0 .2 1 5μg ,平均回收率为 98.8% ,RSD为 2 .1 4 % (n=9)。 [结论 ]本法可作为该制剂的质量控制标准。
To establish a HPLC method for the determination of homoplantaginin in lidaqian mixture. Chromatographic conditions were as follows: analytical column of Kromasil ODS(250 mm× 4.6 mm 10 μm), mobile phase of methanol-water- 1.0 mol·L -1 ,pH 3.5 phosphate buffer(45∶50∶5), column temperature at 45℃, detective wavelength at 335 nm, 1.0 mL·min -1 of flow rate. The external standard method was used. There was a linearity within the range of 3.36 ×10 -3 ～ 0.215 μg, the average recovery was 98.8%, and the RSD was 2.14% (n=9). [Conclusion] The method is simple, rapid and accurate, and can be used for the quality control standard of the mixture.
