摘要
目的:建立测定车前草中高车前甙含量的高效液相色谱法。方法:以Nucleosil7C18(4.6×250mm,10μ)为分析柱,流动相为甲醇水(pH3.5,1.0mol/L)磷酸盐缓冲液(40∶55∶5);柱温45℃;检测波长:335nm;流速:1.0mL/min,采用面积外标法。结果:线性范围6.25×10-3~0.20μg,平均回收率为100.8%,RSD为1.19%(n=9)。结论:本法简便、灵敏、重现性好,可用于车前草中高车前甙含量测定。
OBJECTIVE: To eatablish a HPLC method for the determination of homoplantaginin in Herba Plantaginis. METHODS: Analysis column of Nucleosil7 C 18 (4.6×250mm,10μ), mobile phase of methanol water 1.0mol/L, pH3.5 phosphate buffer (40∶55∶5), column temperature at 45℃, detective wavelength at 335nm, 1.0mL/min of flow rate and external standard method. RESULTS: The method was linear within the range of 6.25×10 -3 -0.20μg, the average recovery was 100.8%, and the RSD was 1.19%(n=9). CONCLUSION: The method is simple, sensitive, and highly reproducible, and may be used for the quantitative determination of homoplantaginin in Herba Plantaginis.
