摘要
以不同采收期的荔枝草为原料,研发出一种荔枝草保健茶,分别对其制作过程中的原料筛选、杀青及干燥等工艺参数进行研究。最终确定最佳制备工艺,经除杂整形,在480 W微波功率条件下杀青375 s,揉捻15 min,于102℃条件下干燥140 min,再经冷却、包装等工序,开发出一款香气、色泽、汤色和滋味俱佳的荔枝草保健茶。
The Saluia plebeia R. Br. is harvested in different harvest time which are used as raw materials to develop a new type of health tea, the production process of raw materials selection, blanching and drying process parameters are studied respectively. The best preparation technology is the Saluia plebeia is selected from before stooling stage which is used as raw material, through impurity removing, shaping, 480 W microwave protecting color 375 s, rolling 15 min, 102 ℃ drying140 min,cooling and packaging. Then we can develop a kind of Saluia plebeia R. Br. health tea with good color,aroma and tasty.
