摘要
连续油管的疲劳寿命预测模型是在理想工作条件下建立起来的理论模型 ,由于连续油管工作过程中的工况、工种等的不确定性 ,使得影响连续油管疲劳寿命的因素存在一定的模糊性 .根据理论模型 ,综合考虑连续油管使用的实际条件和有关因素 ,对连续油管的疲劳寿命预测模型进行了模糊处理 ,得到了连续油管的模糊可靠性寿命 ,并用现场实例进行了验证说明 .
The fatigue life prediction model of the coiled tubing was based on the ideal working conditions. Because of the uncertainty of the working conditions and types, the factors affecting the coiled tubing's fatigue life are fuzzy. Basing on the theoretical model, considering the real working conditions of the coiled tubing, the author optimally selected the prediction life, and the fuzzy reliability life of the coiled tubing was obtained. In the end, the results were exemplified by an oilfield example.
