摘要
文章在综合分析了目前已有套管寿命预测方法的基础上 ,首次提出了从可靠性角度对套管寿命进行预测的思想。通过对套管故障树的定性和定量分析 ,得出了套管的可靠性寿命预测模型 ,推导出了套管在工作一定时间之后不可靠度的计算式 ,给套管的寿命预测提供了一个新的研究方法。在此基础上 ,按照套管可靠性寿命预测模型编制了计算程序 。
On the basis of comprehensively an alyzing the existing casing life prediction methods,an idea of predicting casing life from reliability angle is put forward firstly in the paper.Through the qua nlitative and quantitative analysis of casing fault tree,a casing reliability li fe prediction model was obtained and a calculation formula of casing unreliabili ty after having been worked on for a certain time was derived by the authors,whi ch provides a new method for studying casing life predication.On the basis of th is,a software was developed according to the model mentioned above and a primary examination of the model was made by taking one well in Zhongyuan Oil Field as an example.
