注水油管成组多级疲劳可靠性寿命试验研究 被引量:1

摘要 针对机采油井油管经常发生疲劳破坏的问题,加工了J55油管疲劳试件,采用成组多级疲劳试验法,获得了J55油管高周疲劳分组试验数据。通过疲劳寿命的参数估计和分布类型检验,获得了J55油管在不同轴向应力水平下的疲劳寿命、分布规律和P-S-N曲线。结果显示,J55油管的疲劳寿命服从对数正态分布,其S-N曲线服从一般金属的疲劳S-N曲线形式;在疲劳寿命一定时,欲获得较高的可靠性,需大幅度降低油管的疲劳应力。 At present, fatigue fracture of tubing occurs in oil well of mechanical recovery ever and again. The test specimens were manufactured. The method of grouped multi-level fatigue experiment was applied, and the grouped experimental data of high cycle fatigue of J55 tubing were obtained. The fatigue life and its distribution law of J55 tubing in different axial stress level were studied through the parameter estimation and verification of distribution type of fatigue life. The P-S-N curve of J55 tubing in different survival probability was achieved. The result showed that the fatigue life of J55 Tubing followed the lognormal distribution, and the S-N curve of J55 tubing was same as those other metals. The fatigue stress of tubing must be reduced rapidly to obtain the high reliability at the same fatigue life.
