摘要
目的:探讨弥漫性甲状腺肿伴甲亢(Graves病)患者的氧化/抗氧化平衡紊乱以及抗甲状腺药物内基硫氧嘧啶(PTU)治疗的影响。方法:检测32例Graves病患者治疗前后血浆脂质过氧化物(P-LPO)、红细胞内超氧化物歧化酶(E-SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(E-GPx)、过氧化氢酶(E-CAT)的浓度变化。结果:与正常对照组比较,Graves病患者P-LPO明显升·高(9.86±2.06mmol·L-1vs 5.64±82mmol·L-1P<0.01)、E-SOD、E-GPx、E-CAT也明显升高(P<0.05-0.01),经PTU治疗一个月后均有明显下降(P<0.05-0.01)。结论:Graes病患者氧化应激增加,抗甲状腺药物PTU起着一定的抗氧化作用。
OBJECTIVE: To study the oxidant/antioxidant status of Graves'disease and effect ofpropylthiouracil(PTU)on it. METHODS: Plasma lipid peroxide(P-LPO). and superoxide dismutase(SOD), glutathione peroxidase(GPx), catalase(CAT) in erythrocytes in 32 Graves isease before and after treatment with PTU were measured. RESULTS: Compared with the control group, P-LPO content in Graves'disease was significantly increased(9.86 ±2.O6mmol.L-1vs 5.64±1.82mmol.L-1P<O.O 1). E- SOD. E-GPx、E-CAT were significantly higher(P<O.O5-P0.O1), the levels of them were normal after a month administration with PTU. CONCLUSION: There were disturbed balance between oxidative and antioxidative in Graves'disease with hyperthyroidism. PTU was protective against the oxidative stress.
