摘要
回顾周围神经损伤修复方法的研究进展 ,着重讨论修复方法上的新方法、新思路 ,特别从吻合法、套管桥接法、组织工程、基因工程 4个方面阐述周围神经修复方法的现状、问题、前景。组织工程、基因工程目前广泛应用于神经修复、再生的研究 ,将日益完善的显微外科技术同组织工程技术、基因工程技术结合起来 ,有助于提高周围神经损伤修复的水平。
The article reviews the recent advances of peripheral nerve repair and emphasizes on the new methods,new ideas in this field.The present prospect and problem of nerve repair was discussed in four aspects,including neurorrhaphy,nerve duct,tissue engineering and gene engineering.Tissue engineering and gene engineering are now applied in the neuroscience research more extensively,it is hopeful that the nerve regeneration may be improved by combining these techniques with neurorrhaphy or other methods.
