摘要
To study effect of electric acupuncture serum on Schwann cell increase. METHOD Action on Schwann cell of culture in vitro by electric acupuncture serum, it is experimental method of effectology on acupuncture serum of culture in vitro. RESULTS There was a significant difference in the numbers of Schwann cell and permeated measure of 3H TdR between electric acupuncture serum group or westen drug serum group or model serum group or control serum group ( P <0.05). CONCLUSION There are active factors of promoting the increase of Schwann cell in electric acupuncture serum. This may be one of the mechanism of the peripheral nerve regeneration promoted by electric acupuncture.
