摘要
目的探讨电针治疗坐骨神经损伤的疗效。方法建立右侧坐骨神经挤压伤家兔模型,然后进行电针治疗,用肌电图诊断仪测量患肢坐骨神经传导速度并与正常进行对比。结果电针治疗4个疗程后,模型对照组与空白对照组比较,神经传导速度明显下降,有非常显著性差异(P<0.01);电针治疗组与模型对照组比较,治疗后神经传导速度明显有所升高,有非常显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论家兔坐骨神经损伤后,应用电针治疗可以有效改善坐骨神经损伤家兔的神经传导速度,从而促进损伤坐骨神经功能的恢复。
Objective: To study the efficacy of acusector in the treatment of sciatic nerve injury. Mehtods Rabbit model with right - side sciatic nerve extrusive injury was made, then treated with acusector. The nerve conductive velocity of the injured limb was measured with electromyograph, and was compared with the normal velocity. Results After 4 treatment courses with acusector, compared with the blank control group, the nerve conductive velocity of the model control group decreased obviously, and had significant difference ( P 〈0.01 ) ; compared with the model group, the nerve conductive velocity of the acusector group improved greatly after treatment, and had significant difference ( P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion Acusector can effectively improve the nerve conductive velocity in the rabbit with sciatic nerve injury, so that can promote the recovery of the function of the injured sciatic nerve.
