摘要
高校岗位工资制度实行科学设岗、以岗定薪 ,按岗聘任和岗变薪变 ,更能激发和调动工作积极性。将它与现行的工资制度作简要的比较分析 。
The post salary system sets posts scientifically,appoints persons and defines their salaries according to the changeable posts.Consequently this system can motivate people's ethusiasm.Compared with the present salary system,it is beneficial to the development of colleges and universities.
