摘要
岗位绩效工资制度的实施是事业单位工资制度改革的必然趋势。文章以湖南大学图书馆为例,探讨了事业单位工资制度改革背景下图书馆绩效管理的实施,以及绩效工资总量确定与个人绩效工资确定的办法,并提出了图书馆作为公益性、多样化事业单位进行绩效管理与绩效工资发放过程中的注意事项。
The implementation of job performance - based pay system is an inevitable trend for the wage system reform of government - sponsored institutions. Taking Htman University Library as an example, this paper discusses the implementation of library performanee management under the wage system reform of government - sponsored institutions, the approaches to determine the overall and individual performance based pay and puts forward the points for attention for llbrary's performance management and the delivery of performance -based pay as a public and diverse government -sponsored institution. 6 refs.
