摘要
在即将实施的高校绩效工资改革中,作为地方教学研究型大学,应该根据学校实际,制定和实施具有本校特色的绩效工资方案。绩效工资改革,不仅要考虑效率,也要兼顾公平;既要考虑教学科研需要,也要兼顾行政以及其他人员的实际,防止绩效工资存在的负面效应和风险。
In the forthcoming implementation of performance-based pay reform of colleges and universities,as a local teaching and research-oriented university,the school should make and implement a characteristic performance-based pay program according to its actual situation.The school should consider both efficiency and fairness.At the same time it should also consider teaching and research,and the actual administrative staffs and other personnels to prevent the negative effects and risk of performance-based pay program.
