摘要
本文对安徽潜山产栝楼的种子进行了水解氨基酸的含量测定和分析。
The amino acids in the seed of Trichosanthes kirilowii in Qianshan were determined and analyzed.Investigation in history of folk edible for the seeds of Trichosanthes and introduced the technics of the seeds of Trichosanthes processing.
