摘要
随着高等教育大众化的发展,教育质量成为人们普遍关心、也十分担心的问题。本文从高等教育质量的内涵出发,论述了进入大众化阶段,随着人才观和教育功能观的改变,高等教育质量观也应从“精英教育”观的思想中解放出来,树立一种建立在适应性、多样性、发展性、前瞻性和国际性基础之上的全面的教育质量观。并提出了相应的保证措施。
With the development of China's higher education toward the mass,the educational quality becomes a general- ly concerned and worried problem.From the connotation of higher educational quality,the article points out that,while en- tering the massificational phase,as the change of the concepts of talent and educational function,the concept of higher edu- cational qualities should be liberated from the thought of“elite higher education”and found a new concept based on adapt- ability,diversity,development,expectation and international.
